After you complete your order, mail your jersey to our framing studio at the address below. Please include a printed copy of your receipt or a note with your Order Number so we can match it to your frame spec.

We want you to love your ManCave-Decor.com purchase. Because we sell everything from ready-to-ship décor to one-of-a-kind custom framed jerseys, our return policy varies by product type — please review the category that applies to your order below.

Ready-to-Ship Items

(Framed banners, spirit rugs, wall art, and other in-stock décor)

• 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
• Item must be unused and in its original condition, in the original packaging (this matters most for framed and glass items — please keep your box until you're sure you're keeping the piece).
• A 15% restocking fee applies to framed items and rugs to cover return freight and handling on large/fragile goods.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Custom Jersey Framing

(Mat color, name plate, and frame tier selections built around a jersey you mail in to us)

Because these pieces are custom-built around your own jersey and cannot be resold, custom jersey framing orders are final sale and not eligible for return or refund once production has started.

Exception: if your custom frame arrives damaged in transit, or was built incorrectly against the mat color/name plate specifications you submitted, we will repair, rebuild, or refund it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Signed & Authenticated Jerseys

(Framed jerseys with a Certificate of Authenticity from Beckett, JSA, or other authenticators)

• 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
• The jersey, frame, and original Certificate of Authenticity must all be returned together, unworn and undisplayed.
• Returns without the original COA cannot be accepted, as we cannot resell or re-certify the item without it.
• A 15% restocking fee applies, same as ready-to-ship framed items.

Damaged or Defective Items — All Categories

If any item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right at no cost to you — replacement, repair, or full refund, your choice. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage/issue so we can process it quickly.

How to Start a Return

Email steven@mancave-decor.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid label for damaged/defective items.
