Due to the volume of requests we receive, we're not able to donate items at full retail value. Instead, we offer approved organizations the option to purchase items at our cost, which is typically 40–60% below retail. This lets us support far more events throughout the year while keeping the program sustainable.
How it works
- Email us your event name, date, and your charity's EIN/tax-exempt status
- Let us know what type of item you're looking for (framed jersey, signed memorabilia, décor piece, etc.) and your target price range
- We'll send a quote at our cost pricing along with a couple of options
- Once approved, we'll ship in time for your event
We're also happy to include a small card or insert noting the item was provided by ManCave-Decor.com, if that's useful for your program materials.
